Situated southwest of Otago, New Zealand’s South Island, on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown is surrounded by spectacular mountains that are intertwined with breathtaking beauty. This time I brought my own lens and every photo was beautiful like wallpaper, like when I pressed the shutter and the sky was frozen.

It’s not just for short trips, but it’s ideal for long-term accommodation. Fresh air, quiet lakes, and changing light and shadows are like repainting colors on a natural canvas every day. Whether it’s the fog by the lake in the early morning or the afterglow of the summit at dusk, it makes you want to stay for a while.

Queenstown’s charm isn’t just the scenery, it’s the rhythm – you can choose from exciting outdoor adventures and enjoy the delights of slow living. Here, you can really slow down and feel the warmth of life.
