Exceptional Hospitality and 5-Star Experience

Absolutely delightful hospitality and an incredible five-star experience. From the very first moment of check-in, with excellent IHG status recognition, through to check-out, everything was superb. The Suite was impressive—spacious, sparkling clean, and impeccably maintained. Big thanks to Elmer from housekeeping for keeping my Suite in perfect condition daily. The Club Lounge on level 19 offered fantastic food and drinks. Both breakfast and evening snacks at the Lounge were truly enjoyable. Exceptional hospitality and wonderful staff at the lounge deserve appreciation—special thanks to Fhae, John, and Rei. Level 3's restaurant 'Seven Corners' offered an exceptional breakfast with a diverse selection of food and beverages, paired with outstanding service. The Chinese restaurant on level 4, 'Xin Tia Di,' provided an amazing dinner with diverse a la carte choices featuring delicious food and exceptional service. The Gallery Bar on level 3 was perfect for a relaxed night with tasty dinners, light snacks, and refreshing drinks. Many thanks to Allan, Judith, and Che for their remarkable service. The spa and gym were impressive. I recommend trying the Spa for a soothing massage. The hotel links to a shopping mall with a variety of shops, cafes, dining options, and cinema. I strongly recommend Hotel Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria for an outstanding five-star stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
