Exploring the footprints of Confucius' family's migration to the south | Quzhou Confucius' Southern Sect Ancestral Temple

| The Southern Branch Confucius Family Temple in Quzhou.
The Southern Branch of the Kong Family Temple is a place that carries the legendary story of the migration of Confucius' family to the south.

Historical Origin🎓
At the end of the Northern Song Dynasty, the Jin soldiers came and Song Gaozong Zhao Gou fled south.
Confucius' 48th-generation descendant, Duke Yansheng Kong Duanyou, also followed the emperor to migrate south with his clansmen, and finally settled in Quzhou. Since then, the Quzhou Kong Clan Nanzong Family Temple has become an important place for the Kong family to worship Confucius.

Cultural Heritage📜
The exhibition hall inside also displays the historical changes of the Kong family, Confucian classics, and the rewards given to the Kong family by emperors of successive dynasties. It can help us better understand the cultural connotation and historical value of the Southern School of Confucius.

Garden landscape🌳
In addition to the magnificent buildings and rich culture, the garden landscape of the Confucius Nanzong Ancestral Temple is also very good. There are green trees and lush flowers and plants inside, and the pavilions and towers are distributed very carefully. Walking inside is like walking in a beautiful painting.

Every brick, every carving, and every word here seems to be telling a historical story, allowing you to feel the cultural charm that has been passed down for thousands of years.

The ticket is 10 yuan, and you will get a mini version of the second volume of the Analects with a sense of design as a ticket. The first volume can be bought inside the scenic spot.
