Traveling to New Zealand's Redwood Forest Park during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday

Although the Dragon Boat Festival holiday is short,
May and June are exam seasons,
so not many families travel during this time,
making it a great opportunity for a getaway.

This time, we visited New Zealand in late autumn and early winter 🏞️.
Although it was a bit chilly,
the scenery was stunning.
We explored the Redwood Forest Park 🌲🌲🌲🌲,
where you can stroll through the park and admire the towering 75-meter-tall redwood trees 🌲.
You can also go hiking here,
climbing to Rotorua's high point to enjoy a bird's-eye view of Rotorua city and Rotorua lake 🏞️,
and take in the sunset views 🌄.
This short hike only takes about an hour to complete.
