A great place to take your kids in Guangdong in winter, just 1 hour by high-speed rail!

A winter vacation is not complete without a hot spring!
This weekend, we went to Shaoguan Ruyuan for a hot spring vacation ♨️
This resort is known as the "Little Bali" of Guangdong, and it really lives up to its name!
Surrounded by greenery, mountains, and water, it is very relaxing 😌

👣 Itinerary:
Day 1: Check in → Eat, soak, and relax
Day 2: Breakfast → Walk along the lakeside boardwalk → Soak in a private hot spring → After checking out, you can take your kids to the outdoor children's play area

⭕️ The hot spring area has 45 pools with different themes, all in a Balinese style, as well as children's pools, saunas, and more
Be sure to climb to the highest area for a great view!
The infinity pool has a great view! Although it's too cold to swim now, the view from the hot spring next to it is just as good

The villa area is so beautiful! Built by the lake, the air is very fresh 🍃
Open the door and you can play in the private pool
The two-story villa is very spacious, and each room has its own hot spring!

After breakfast, take a walk outside
The lakeside boardwalk near the hot spring center leads to the "Little Huangguoshu Waterfall"
Further along, you can see a karst cave

⭕️ Dining
🥢 Dinner is at Romance Chinese Restaurant, where you can try many local dishes. We ordered a few and they were all delicious 👍
🥢 Breakfast is at the Western restaurant in the main building, and the food is great! The toppings for the soup noodles are especially amazing!

📝 Tips:
♨️ Unlimited access to the hot spring center, one card per person, remember to bring your room card
🛝 There is an outdoor children's play area, and you can continue to play after checking out
🚄 1 hour by high-speed rail to Shaoguan Station, with free shuttle service to and from the station!
