Less than 1% of Kyoto's visitors come here, but this small Japanese city is a must-see in autumn.

😎 As someone who's been to Japan more than 10 times, I really recommend some lesser-known destinations.

❤️ Reasons to go
1⃣ Direct flights (compared to landing in a big city and then transferring to a JR or bus, it's better in terms of both time and experience)
2⃣ Less than 1% of the visitors of popular tourist cities. With fewer people, you can really enjoy the scenery instead of being pushed along by the crowd.
3⃣ The autumn leaves are just as beautiful. The short walk from the airport bus to the hotel is lined with ginkgo trees that blend in perfectly with the street. It's beautiful!

❤️ The photos were taken near Saga City Hall, where the area is full of ginkgo trees. We met some elementary school students on their way home, and they were so friendly and cute!
