I stayed in a spacious and bright room with a simple yet stylish design. The bay window was particularly beautiful, offering a great view. The furniture was new, giving the room a fresh feel. The layout was reasonable, making me feel relaxed and comfortable as soon as I entered.
🧹Soundproofing/cleanliness:
The hotel was very soundproof, providing a quiet sleeping environment even at night. The room was spotless, with every corner cleaned thoroughly. Toiletries were available on the check-in floor, which was very convenient. Overall, the room felt fresh and comfortable.
🏕Nearby attractions:
Hotel Metropolitan Saitama-Shintoshin is in a great location, less than a 5-minute drive from Saitama Super Arena and Saitama City Space Theater. Keyaki Hiroba and the Railway Museum are also within walking distance. There are many izakayas and shopping streets nearby, making it easy to shop and eat. You can also relax in the hot spring sauna on the top floor in the evening, which is the best way to unwind after a long day!

The hotel is close to Omiya Station, just an 8-10 minute walk away, making it very convenient.
There is a large shopping mall downstairs, offering one-stop shopping and dining.
If you need express delivery or local services, we recommend asking the Japanese front desk staff, as they are more familiar with these services.
The hot spring spa on the top floor is one of the hotel's highlights. It is separated by gender, so be sure to try it if you have the chance!
Breakfast is charged, but the environment is great and there is a wide variety of food, so it is worth trying.
Check-in is on the 13th floor (or 14th floor, depending on the specific floor), and luggage storage is available, which is very convenient.
