[Osaka] Sakai City, Former Tenno Reservoir

On the southeast side of the front part of the Hanzei Emperor's Tomb is the former Tenno Reservoir, which was used for about 50 years from 1910.
The interior is usually closed to the public, but the brick front entrance, visible from the road, has a retro atmosphere.
The building was built using bricks, which were the latest building material at the time, and the front entrance has a triumphal arch-style design. It is a valuable building due to its excellent design and construction technology, and is a registered tangible cultural property of the country.

It is located along Keyaki Street, so why not visit it together with Hochigai Shrine?
