Samarkand plov Otash osh is a super popular restaurant crowded with locals🍽️

Luckily, there was a terrace seat available so we were able to sit down right away, but customers were constantly coming in and the restaurant and terrace seats were almost always full🫛✨

I was surprised when I sat down but there was no menu lol
And even more surprised, they quickly brought me a set of plov, salad and bread even though I didn't order anything! lol
Apparently, this is the only set they have at plov specialty restaurants😋🥄

This insanely large plov is enough for two people, and is served on a plate that matches the number of people in your group🫶🏼

The chunks of meat are big but very tender, and although they may be a little oily, they are addictively delicious❕😆
The accompanying salad is a refreshing palate cleanser, and the naan bread, a specialty of Uzbekistan, was also delicious🤤✨
