Shaxi｜Alpine azalea, blooming flowers in secret places and tree houses in the ancient town

🌺May is the season when alpine rhododendrons are in full bloom in Dali. You can see them on the alpine section of the road from Madang to Xiangtu Highway on the way from Dali to Shaxi Ancient Town. There is no traffic jam and not many people.

🌸The top of the mountain is dominated by red azaleas. Now the red flowers are coming to an end. These few days are the blooming period of spherical flowers. The new round of blooming are all large flower balls like hydrangeas. Friends who want to go should go as soon as possible. It takes more than two hours to drive from Dali to Shaxi Ancient Town.

🌳The tree house is in the Shanfeng Courtyard of Shaxi Dengta Village
🎑It is about 3km from Shaxi Ancient Town and you need to take the small yellow tuk-tuk in the village
One-way is 30-40 yuan, round trip is 60-80 yuan
🚕Since there are relatively few yellow cars coming to Dengta Village, it is best to make a reservation for a round trip. Generally, the drivers are willing to wait for half an hour. If you are driving by yourself, just use the navigation system to find Shanfeng Yard, but you can't drive to the door because the roads here are quite narrow.
