Shangri-La Hotel, Haitang Bay, Sanya

I brought my family here to celebrate New Year's Eve. I still appreciate the Shangri-La brand, but it was Chinese New Year after all, and I was a little nervous after seeing some negative reviews on the Internet. However, Ms. Tina from the hotel contacted me before I checked in. She made several requests for my stay. I didn't expect that even though the hotel was fully booked, they still arranged everything properly. During my stay, they asked about my needs and provided all kinds of information every day. This time I chose the Deluxe Room with Executive Lounge privileges, which is Building 1 closest to the beach (the hotel seems to have 5 buildings in total, all connected by corridors). The building is 7 stories high, and the sea view on the 6th floor is pretty good, and you can also overlook Wuzhizhou Island~[Loupe][Loupe]
As a family-friendly hotel, all facilities and configurations are very detailed and in place, the recreational facilities are also very diverse, the large lawn is particularly beautiful, the beach is also very clean, the breakfast room in the lobby even has special children's meals and dining areas, and the entire hotel staff are very nice. The meet-and-greet will send New Year's greetings~
The only thing that I feel is a bit of a letdown is that the food in the executive lounge is so shabby. Among all the Shangri-La hotels I've stayed in, this executive lounge has the lowest quality food and alcohol.
