Shengde Hall: A Glimpse into Ancient Luxury

Location: South side of Shui Nan Village, Yazhou District, Sanya City, Hainan Province

Introduction: Shengde Hall is located in Shui Nan Village No. 2 and was built by the descendants of Tang Dynasty Prime Minister Pei Du after settling in Shui Nan Village. It is listed among Hainan's "Five Officials" residences, and notable figures such as Zhao Ding and Hu Quan once lived here. Shengde Hall gained fame due to Hu Quan naming it, writing inscriptions, and composing couplets for it. After enduring centuries of weathering, only ruins remain of the original site.
