This noodle bar, tucked inside a glass house surrounded by coconut trees, lets the sea breeze intoxicate you. In the evening, you can enjoy noodles while watching the sunset over Coral Bay, and every snap is an Instagram-worthy shot 🌴

Highly recommend their signature fermented rice vinegar seafood noodles! When served, the sour, spicy aroma hits your nose immediately. The broth is bright red like little lanterns, piled with shrimp larger than your palm, plump clams, and fish slices as thin as cicada wings. Slurping the noodles, you get a tangy kick with a hint of spice, so fresh it’ll make your eyebrows drop. Especially the seaweed, cooked tender and soaked in the broth, every bite feels like drinking the whole ocean!
