A Beach All to Ourselves

Who knew Sanya Bay Beach was so nice?! Whenever we had heard of recommendations for places to go or stay while visiting Sanya, all we heard was Yalong Bay, Houhai or Dadonghai.

But for the first few days of our vacation, we actually chose to stay close to the airport at a hotel in Sanya Bay, and we’re pleasantly surprised by the beach we experienced!

Walking just a few meters down from our hotel across the road, we found a quiet little spot to rest and there was next to no one around us! It felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves! The sand was soft (but very very hot midday), there were plenty of palm trees to rest under for shade and the water was so nice and warm.

I would be more than happy to stay in this area again.
