Jozankei Ryokan, take the free shuttle bus from downtown Sapporo 🚐

A ryokan is a must for a winter trip to Hokkaido, right?

There are many ryokans in Jozankei and Noboribetsu, which are a little further away than downtown Sapporo.

Noboribetsu is quite a long train ride away, so it seems like people usually go to Jozankei for short trips of 3 nights and 4 days!

Most Jozankei ryokans have free shuttle buses from downtown Sapporo, so they are really accessible.

It's free if you make a reservation in advance, so I recommend making a reservation in advance👍🏻
