Hokkaido. "Cookie sandwiches" and "soft ice cream" at "Sapporo Agricultural College" in the "Hokkaido Shiki Marche" at Sapporo Station concourse

This is Sapporo Agricultural College, a Hokkaido sweets spot in the Sapporo Station concourse.

It is a live kitchen type store located inside the Hokkaido Shiki Marche.

You can enjoy the process of making the Freshly Baked Cookie Sandwich with Bean Butter.

This time I bought two items, the Free-Grazing Dairy Milk Soft Serve.

Of course I ate it right away😊

The unfortunate thing about this place is that the eat-in space is very limited.

There are a few stand-type tables, but many people ended up eating in the aisle outside.

There was a long line at Sapporo Agricultural College, so if you are using the eat-in area, I recommend using the aisle.

The freshly baked cookie sandwich is a great combination of the gently sweet cookie and the bean paste☺️

The soft serve ice cream was rich and had a strong milky feel.

It's in the Sapporo Station concourse, so you can enjoy it even if you don't have much time (if there's no line)!

The Hokkaido Shiki Marche also sells a wide variety of Hokkaido products (including souvenirs), so I recommend it.
