This facility handles all processes from the production of mushroom beds, which are the culture medium for mushrooms, to harvesting and packing, including our brand "Kiyotake," which is grown and aged slowly in mineral-rich water.

We went there on the way back from Takino Suzuran Hillside Park!

The shiitake mushrooms were fresh, so we grilled them as they were and poured soy sauce over them, or sautéed them in soy sauce and butter.
They were plump!
