"Chocolate Leisure Tea House・Oxford" restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of White Lover Park! When you start to get hungry after walking most of the park, you can enjoy an afternoon tea set and a variety of desserts created with chocolate as the main ingredient!

The spacious space of the restaurant, there are many dining tables and chairs, but also its European style makes people very comfortable feeling. The window seat also overlooks the practice field for Sapporo Gonzado football in Hokkaido and the puppet carnival clock tower in the park. The restaurant's must-try meal, the White Lover Sundae, offers three sweet flavors of ISHIYA's popular items White Lover, White Year Ring Cake TSUMUGI and Meidong at one time. Add an extra cup of iced chocolate and one person can finish them all, which is a treat.
