Hinode Soba is located in the basement of the Hinode Building along Sapporo Station Street.

It is a standing soba restaurant located in the passageway leading from the underground mall to the 4th Street Cross Street Exit.

The sight of many people eating silently in a standing style was impressive, and I couldn't help but want to eat.

The menu only has "udon and soba" dishes.

The most affordable dish is "Kakesoba (Udon) (320 yen)", followed by "Wakame Soba (370 yen)" and "Tsukimi Soba (370 yen)" with toppings.

There are many dishes in the 300 yen range and the service is quick.
I guess the secret to its popularity is that you can eat in a short time 😊

This time I had "Chikuwa Soba (370 yen)".

It was my first time to try "Chikuwa Soba", but it seems to be a dish you often see when passing by soba restaurants in Sapporo!

The portion was also generous.
It was a very satisfying soba restaurant😊
