This is Petit Chevre Hokkaido Aurora Town Store, located in the Aurora Town underground mall.

Goat milk is delivered from their own farm (Koan Farm) in Hidaka Town, Hokkaido.
They also sell puddings, cheesecakes, cream puffs, bread, rusks, and other products made with chèvre milk, which is rich in amino acids and has a good mineral balance, and has less fat than cow's milk.

Another characteristic of goat milk is that it is "easy to drink without any strong flavor."

This time, I ordered the Goat Milk Soft Serve Ice Cream (380 yen).

You can also eat in the coffee (380 yen), smooth (or firm) goat pudding (350 yen), and goat milk cream puffs (350 yen).

There are tables and seats in the eat-in space, and the store's goods are on display around the seats!
