If you are looking for a Genghis Khan restaurant where you can grill lamb on a brazier,
I recommend 'Kuitei'.

A late-night restaurant located on a roadside in downtown Sapporo.
It is a small restaurant run by the owner alone and has a few seats surrounding the kitchen.

Since Genghis Khan is a lamb dish, I ordered lamb as the main dish.
They also have pork and chicken, so it is good for people who cannot eat lamb. If you put charcoal in the brazier, you can grill vegetables and meat yourself. It is a little hot, but it is so delicious that you can't stop eating it...!

I wanted to eat the salted fish, but it was sold out, so I was disappointed.ㅠㅠ
Instead, I ate scallops and conch.
The sides are all delicious, so be sure to order a variety!
The owner has a hand-written English and Korean menu using a translator, so it is easy to order, which is even better.

The Japanese drama Midnight Diner romance has been solved! The friendly owner even gave us snacks as a service when we left, so it was a more exciting late-night snack time :)
