So popular that there's a long line in front of the store! Sapporo Ramen Shingen

The types of ramen are Echigo (spicy miso), Shinshu (rich miso), Tosa (light salt), Harima (heavy salt), Owari (light soy sauce), and Mito (heavy soy sauce), 950 yen each.

Half-size ramen is 700 yen each.

They all looked delicious, so I asked the staff for a recommendation.

I ordered the following🍜🥟

I waited an hour and a half in the rain from around 8pm on a weekday, and the hot ramen🍜, fried rice, and gyoza🥟 were very delicious😋
