3-minute walk from Susukino subway station. A ramen shop that preserves the tradition of Sapporo miso ramen founded in 1971. It is loved by locals for its unchanging taste since the old days.
It has been loved for many years as authentic Sapporo ramen, but you can also enjoy local Chinese dishes such as fried rice, gyoza, and mapo tofu.

The traditional taste of Manryu that has been continued since the company's founding. The sauce made from a combination of miso that has been left to sit for a long time to bring out the flavor is a rich, deep-flavored yet light and easy-to-drink soup.
The noodles are the familiar Sapporo ramen noodles made by Nishiyama Seimen, with curly egg noodles. They are chewy and easy to swallow, and the soup clings to the noodles well.
The ramen is topped with pork shoulder roast, bean sprouts, wakame seaweed, bamboo shoots, and spring onions. For an additional 150 yen, I added a well-flavored boiled egg.
The Sapporo ramen has remained unchanged for many years and is very satisfying. This time, I only had the ramen, but the fried rice is also recommended. The jumbo menu, which is great for men, is also popular.
