Hokkaido-Sapporo Beer Museum

The Sapporo Beer Museum was completely renovated in April 2016, and there are also paid premium tours with a special program where you can taste "Replica Sapporo Beer" brewed according to the 1881 method. In the beer hall that was renovated from a red brick building that was originally a sugar factory's malting plant, you can enjoy grilled lamb while sipping freshly brewed draft beer. In order to get delicious draft beer, a "rotating tap" is used here to pour the beer into the beer cup "at once", and foam is generated during the pouring process.
