I went to Nemuro Hanamaru Daido Life Building (miredo basement), which is directly connected to Odori Station in Sapporo! It was crowded with customers who came to get numbered tickets even before the store opened, and the turnover was fast because there were relatively many seats. The first thing I tried was the seared fatty salmon that melted in my mouth, and I was impressed by the size and freshness of each piece!

The rich crab soup that was served as a complimentary dish was also excellent, and I was able to fully enjoy the unique flavor of Hokkaido! Even for lunch, the budget was around 2,000 yen, and the satisfaction level was high, and I can understand why people say it goes beyond the realm of conveyor belt sushi!

In a lively restaurant, I enjoyed local seafood to my heart's content. This famous restaurant can be enjoyed by one person or with family, and it has come one step closer to becoming a new standard in Sapporo cuisine!
