Just around the corner from the crosswalk between Tanukikoji 3-chome and 4-chome, have you been to AOAO SAPPORO, the urban aquarium located on the 4th to 6th floors of the building?

This is a groundbreaking aquarium, with permanent exhibits by Aqua Design Amano, known for their unique "Nature Aquarium" aquatic plant layouts.

Moss, algae, and aquatic plants are also part of the exhibits!

The glass used in the exhibits is also carefully selected, so they do not expand or contract no matter what angle you view them from.

Since it's an urban aquarium, there aren't many creatures, but there are chairs and sofas everywhere, so you can sit and relax while admiring the aquariums.
