A Winter Journey Full of Emotion in Sapporo

Sapporo was a journey that began and ended with snow. The pristine white snow that blanketed the city transformed the streets into a fairytale-like setting, revealing new scenery with every step.

The fresh draft beer I tasted at the Sapporo Beer Museum was exceptional, with its crisp foam harmonizing perfectly with the chilly winter air. The fresh seafood rice bowl I had at the market captured the clean and refined flavors unique to Japan, enhancing the satisfaction of the trip.

Soup curry and Sapporo ramen were must-try dishes here. The rich and hearty broth warmed my frozen body, providing the energy to fuel my day.

In the evening, I strolled through Odori Park and around the Sapporo TV Tower, admiring the sparkling lights. One particularly unforgettable moment was walking along the canal in Otaru. The reflections of lights on the water and the stone lanterns created a scene that added a touch of sentimentality to the end of my Sapporo journey.

Sapporo was not just a travel destination but a city that allowed me to discover warmth amidst the cold of winter.
