Deep Autumn Maple Viewing in Hokkaido~ Futami Suspension Bridge in Jozankei!

ππ This is the first place in my life where I admired maple leaves ππ
It was an unexpected beauty, yet the journey was easy, simple, and convenient!
πππ This time, the maple viewing spot is in Hokkaido~ near Sapporo,
about an hour's drive to "Jozankei"~ (Futami Suspension Bridge) πππ
πππ I departed from Susukino in Sapporo, taking the public bus~ 7H
(towards Hoheikyo Onsen), and got off at (Jozankei Hot Spring Town).
The fare is 790 yen per person. / For the return trip, the bus stop is just across the street from where you got off. Take the public bus~ 7 (towards Sapporo Station) and get off at Susukino Station.
π«π«π Most importantly π entering [Futami Park] is free of charge.
Along the way, you pass through [Futami Riverside Garden], π note the limited opening period,
which is from mid-May to late November each year,
               and the hours are 9:00~17:00.
ππ This garden allows visitors to step into the stream and admire the gentle flow of the water. Under the warm autumn sunlight, the reflection of the blue sky and the stream appears particularly beautiful, complemented by the colorful maple leaves, of course. ππ
πβ¨π Not far ahead is the [Futami Suspension Bridge] πβ¨π
It truly lives up to its reputation. When I visited in mid-October,
the bridge offered a view of the gorge on both sides, surrounded by vibrant maple leaves,
as if stepping into a beautiful painting.
It was definitely worth the trip! ππ
ππ When visiting Jozankei, besides enjoying the maple leaves, don't miss
the natural hot springs here. There are many hot spring inns nearby,
and some even offer [day-use hot springs]. Personally, I think since you're here,
choose a hot spring inn, enjoy a one-night stay with two meals,
and take your time to relax and appreciate the scenery! What a joy π
