Miso ramen at "Higuma" "The Original Sapporo Ramen Alley"

I had miso ramen at "Higuma" in "Original Sapporo Ramen Yokocho" that I found while walking around without knowing that "Original Sapporo Ramen Yokocho" and "Sapporo Famous Place New Ramen Yokocho" exist in Sapporo.

Ramen with a main soup that can be understood depending on the region.
My image of Hokkaido is "miso ramen".
I was able to eat the ramen I wanted to eat.

A city with a specialty that makes you want to eat it again seems attractive!

There were many ramen shops in Ramen Yokocho.
The atmosphere of the alleyway that has been around for a while and the atmosphere that has been created over time whetted my appetite.
