This hotel was built on the former site of the Hokkaido Forestry Bureau. It has a classic feel and there are many historical descriptions of the place everywhere. The breakfast restaurant is also a surprise! The decoration is grand, the waiters are neatly dressed, there are many food choices, and children's tableware is also provided.

I chose a table facing the Sapporo TV Tower. It felt like going to Paris. It was so nice to start the trip with such a breakfast!

By the way, Monterey Edelhof has a sister hotel, Hotel Monterey Sapporo, nearby, which is also nice looking at the photos, and is even closer to the JR station!
