Magical illuminations & fireworks at Huis Ten Bosch

Huis Ten Bosch is an European themed park in Sasebo. It is easily accessible by the Huis Ten Bosch express liner from Hakata station. A night’s stay at the hotels on site is highly recommended to enjoy the fantastical illuminations after night falls.

As a theme park, it is more for relaxation and photo ops rather than rides. There are several VR rides and highly recommended are several Naked Inc. experiences. The outdoor activities ends by sunset, so plan to do those first if interested.

It is a good for families with younger kids who can take it easy, while mobile challenged seniors might find the vast space a bit of a challenge to transverse. There are plenty of F&B options within the park.
