Koh Samet is a small island located in Sattahip, Chonburi. It takes only 2 hours from Bangkok to Koh Samet. To travel to Koh Samet, we must book a boat ticket in advance with the staff of the Sattahip Naval Base.

How to get to Koh Samet and boat fare to Koh Samet
- The first destination we must go to before crossing to Koh Samet is the boat ticket collection point. We must go to get the boat ticket at the entrance of the Thai Sea and Island Natural History Museum. There will be a ticket sales point for boats to Koh Kham and Koh Samet. Or if anyone did not book in advance You can buy a boat ticket right away.
- The number of visitors to the island is limited to 300 people/day. The queue card will be opened at 06.00 a.m., 1 card per person only. The queue to buy tickets will start at 08.00 a.m.
- For the round-trip boat service to Koh Samet, adults are 300 baht, children are 220 baht (under 18 years old or studying no more than Mathayom 6), and foreigners are 600 baht. After buying the ticket, you can travel to board the boat at Khao Ma Jo Pier.
