You can take your own longtail taxi boat from any beach on Koh Lipe to the Jabang Channel, just northwest of the island. There're ropes laid out in the sea and it's important to stick to them as there's an immensely strong current that goes here.
Ask the boat driver where the best pink corals are. If there are many tourists, then wait for your turn, it's worth it. On the same tour you can do snorkeling at Koh Rawi and Koh Adang.
