Koh Hin Ngam on a Cloudy Day

This trip started with a speedboat ride from Trang Province to Koh Lipe, with a stop at Koh Hin Ngam along the way. Koh Hin Ngam is a small island covered almost entirely in black stones, with no sandy beaches. At the back of the island, there’s a snorkeling spot where the stones glisten beautifully when wet. The guide mentioned that throwing stones is prohibited as it could cause them to break.

From Koh Hin Ngam, it takes about 20 minutes by speedboat to reach Koh Lipe. Even though it was a cloudy day, we found the scenery to be incredibly charming and truly beautiful. We highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance.
