Seattle downtown tour (a quaint Starbucks Reserve, and a nice walk along the Hiram Canal)

This is a Seattle city tour before boarding the cruise.

The first place we visited was

Starbucks Reserve

The exterior of the building has an old-fashioned feel, and you can see the huge roasting machine
There are also many different types of bread.

The coffee was incredibly expensive, but I brought the cup because it was so pretty to reuse.

The next place we visited was the Space Needle

And the last was

Hiram Canal

A canal that connects the ocean and the lake.

It's like an elevator that ships used to go from the ocean with low water level to the lake with high water level, and it's amazing that such a system was possible back then.

An old park. People enjoyed picnics and the weather was so nice that it was good for a walk, and the trees with beautiful branches were amazing.

Starbucks Reserve was worth a visit, and the canal was better than I thought for a walk.

I thought the weather would be cloudy, but I'm so thankful for the fantastic weather. The weather is so important when traveling.
