Haunted historical building

Lawang Sewu, literally Thousand Doors, is a landmark in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia, built as the headquarters of the Dutch East Indies Railway Company. The colonial era building is famous as a haunted house, though the Semarang city government has attempted to rebrand it. Well it is so historical building with uncountable doors. I love the design although not all spaces are opened for public with limited lighting too in some area. Entrance fee is cheap even for foreigner. Everything is unique including toilet itself, although mostly rooms are empty. Some people say that they also have some haunted experience here with the ghosts story and stuff 👻 But, if you visit in the afternoon, then you’ll be fine ⛅️ #solstice #urbanexplorer #summervacation #historicculture #hikingtrails #ancientlandmark #ancientarchitecture
