Mohe County belongs to the Greater Khingan Range area of ​​Heilongjiang Province. It is located at the northern foot of the Greater Khingan Range in Heilongjiang Province, on the southern bank of the upper reaches of the Heilongjiang River, and at the northernmost tip of China's Northeast region.

Mohe is the only village located within one of my country's four poles, giving you a unique sense of finding the "north" in the "North Pole Village." Mohe is the only place in China where you can see the aurora borealis, with the chances of seeing it higher during the summer and winter solstices. The Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns of Mohe is located on Section 485 of Jiamo Road. From this observation deck, you can enjoy the magnificent beauty of the Nine Bends River against the backdrop of lush pines and cypresses.

The First Bay of Heilongjiang

The First Bend of the River is a purely natural scenic area. It has never been transformed or damaged by humans since ancient times. In spring, summer and autumn, you can fish by the river, play in the water on the beach, go boating, collect wild fruits and delicacies, take a bath and have a picnic.

Arctic Village

Arctic Village is more like a small town than a village. It boasts the northernmost bank, the northernmost primary school, the northernmost post office, and the northernmost supermarket—each of which is considered the northernmost in China. And because of its unique location, photography enthusiasts flock here every summer to capture the aurora borealis.

Beihong Village

Experience the most authentic Northeast life here, with wooden houses, wooden fences, and even firewood piles everywhere. The atmosphere is full of Northeast flavor. When the weather is clear, you can also see the Milky Way and stars in the sky.
