Southwestern Jeju Island is home to an abundance of natural beauty. Several major waterfalls are a must-see for many travelers. If time is truly limited, consider choosing just one waterfall to include in your itinerary. Cheonjiyeon Falls (천지연폭포) is one of the easiest and most comfortable waterfalls to visit, especially for the elderly, children, and pets.

There are lockers near the ticket office for those traveling with luggage, and plenty of parking is available, so those traveling by car don't have to worry about parking. There's also a visitor center and several souvenir shops. Near the entrance, there are stone statues of a grandfather and a mountain ceramic woman, and there are also scenic features throughout the park where you can take in photos.

Cheonjiyeon Falls is 22 meters high and 12 meters wide. Its thunderous cascade is breathtaking. The mountain stream surrounding the waterfall is filled with trees and a variety of rare plants, creating a lush greenery that makes for a relaxing stroll.
