Highlights/Features
• This is one of Korea's oldest teddy bear-themed museums, showcasing a collection of teddy bears from around the world.
• The museum's exhibitions go beyond simply displaying dolls. Teddy bears are transformed into works of art, recreating historical events, movie scenes, and celebrities dressed as butterflies, with teddy bears performing. For example, there's an Elvis-themed theater, and bear-made versions of works by art masters are displayed in various exhibition halls.
• The museum has a café/restaurant and gift shop, so souvenir shoppers have plenty of options.
• The outdoor area/garden offers views of the surrounding landscape, and some areas offer views of Jungmun Beach.
Visit Tips + Recommendations
• This museum is perfect for children or those who enjoy cute or photogenic themes, as the themes are lighthearted and the exhibits are quite interactive.
• Allowing 1 to 1.5 hours is ideal; you won't be rushed and can take your time taking photos and browsing the gift shop.
• If visiting during peak tourist season or on holidays, the area may be crowded, so it's best to arrive early or avoid midday.
• Be careful not to miss the last admission time (approximately 5:30 PM).
