Myeongdong Dumpling Restaurant is very famous and is a representative of the food in Myeongdong District. It has been recommended by Michelin for many years, so we also came here during our trip to Korea.

I heard that there is often a long queue here, and there is already a queue before the store opens in the morning. That afternoon, my friend and I arrived at around 5 o'clock. Fortunately, we didn't have to queue and were able to walk in and get a seat. Looking around, the seats were full of diners. The environment was not spacious, and the corridor between the tables and stools was narrow. The table for two was square. We ordered two kinds of delicacies, plus water cups and appetizers, and there was no space for other food 🤨.

The most famous dishes here are dumpling and chopped noodles, which can be found on almost every table. There are also spicy noodles and soybeans noodles. We ordered:

It tastes just like the Korean vegetable and meat dumplings you buy at the supermarket, except that the skin is even thinner and breaks easily when you pick it up with chopsticks. It is recommended for people who are hungry, so they can eat big mouthfuls of meat and feel full and satisfied.

The noodles are surprisingly smooth😍, and paired with shallots, minced meat, chopped black fungus, and small wontons in the soup, it is very flavorful and surprisingly delicious! If you like kimchi and hot sauce, just add as much as you want, it will be just as delicious 😋😋!
