It is located in "Tongin Market" in the Seochon area, about an 8-minute walk from Gyeongbokgung Station on Subway Line 3. There is an arcade, so you can enjoy the market regardless of the weather.

The bento cafe is located on the second floor of the Customer Satisfaction Center near the center of Tongin Market. Look for the restrooms and map on the first floor. There are also tourists wandering around, so it should be easy to find.
　　
If you pay 10,000w at the reception on the second floor, you will receive a copper coin (yocheon) and a black container to pack your lunch in.
　　
You can make your own lunch by exchanging your coins for your favorite side dishes at participating stores in the market. Many stores allow you to buy one side dish for 2 or 3 coins.

I exchanged my 10,000w for these side dishes. I also added the two sausages I received as a bonus and my lunch was complete.
　　
You can eat your completed lunch in the cafe space on the second and third floors of the Customer Satisfaction Center. If you have any leftover coins at the cafe, you can exchange them for rice or soup. Mineral water is available for free. Chopsticks and spoons are also provided.
Some participating stores will also let you exchange your points for drinks in addition to side dishes.

There are so many participating stores in the market that it's hard to decide what to exchange your points for. I was able to enjoy the gourmet food of Tongin Market in buffet style.
