[Seoul/Sinsa] A famous fresh Gopchang restaurant in Sinsa

[Restaurants where you can eat grilled offal]
Sinsa Beef Gopchang Sinsa Main Branch

Annyeong🐵
I went to a famous offal restaurant in Sinsa!
It's near the entrance to Garosugil.
There seems to be a line at night, but I went in around 11pm so it was empty🫶
They only sell gopchang (small intestine), tetchang (large intestine), machang (stomach) and hatsu (heart).
I ordered two servings of offal assortment.
Kimchi jjigae ramen came as an appetizer!
The jjigae soup was really delicious🤤
After a while, the half-grilled offal hotpot was served.
They finish it off at the table!
None of the dishes are greasy or smelly and are delicious!
They also serve sesame oil so you can dip your food in that or in their special sauce. The onions were sweet and delicious 👏

At the end, when I ordered Bokkeumbap, they took the pot away

In the meantime, I put the remaining kimchi jjigae on the stove to reheat it, but they took that too

? I was like that, but they brought it back with ramen 🤣 Thank you lol
Drinking the soup with the bokkeumbap was the best way to finish off the meal 🫶
