The staff went above and beyond, delivering outstanding service, and the small details throughout the resort added up to a 5-star experience. If possible, book a villa—it’s truly transformative. This resort is a peaceful escape from the more crowded areas of Koh Samui, yet just a short 5-minute walk along the beach leads you to the bustling Fisherman’s Village and Coco Tams. Special praise to the spa, managed by Duang, an incredibly lovely lady. She personally selects everything, from refreshing welcome drinks and herbal teas to top-notch massage oils free from toxins and chemicals. As a chiropractor, I can tell the difference between a good and bad massage, and the therapists here excel with their skill and expertise. Additionally, Nok at L’Ocean, from breakfast to poolside, made for delightful interactions and ensured we felt welcomed.
