I participated in the cutting-edge beauty "caviar program," which includes a course meal with plenty of caviar and carefully selected healthy ingredients.

Caviar is used in the dishes from start to finish, but it is more like a condiment. You can enjoy caviar in your own way and with your own taste.

The simple caviar rice mixed with white rice was very delicious, with the fragrant white and black sesame seeds and the salty and oily taste of the caviar going perfectly together.

I was surprised and couldn't imagine that caviar would go well with yogurt, but I was impressed by the delicious combination.

The homemade kimchi is made using traditional methods, and by storing the pot mostly buried in soil, the microorganisms work to ferment it well, resulting in a deep umami and sourness. It is very sour, but it also has a nostalgic feel to it that I have never tasted before.
