If you’re planning on spending a busy day in Seoul, consider visiting the COEX Aquarium in Gangnam. This aquarium is not only a perfect place to spend time with the family, but it is also a great place to explore the marine world. Come and take a look at the itinerary for this one-day tour!

How to get there: Take the subway from your accommodation, take Subway Line 2 to Gangnam Station, then walk about 10 minutes to the COEX Aquarium.

Opening hours: COEX Aquarium is open from 10am to 9pm (last admission at 8pm).

After entering the aquarium, you will first be attracted by the spectacular marine life exhibitions. There are more than 40,000 species of marine life here, from colorful tropical fish to mysterious jellyfish. Especially the huge sink that runs through two floors, which amazed me! Being able to watch diving sharks up close is an unforgettable experience! 🦈

During the exploration process, there is also an interactive area where you can put your hands in the water and let the little fish bite your skin. This feeling is both exciting and fun! 😄

After exploring the aquarium, don't forget to enjoy lunch at the on-site restaurant. The seafood restaurant here offers fresh seafood platters and a variety of Korean cuisine, allowing you to feel the charm of the ocean again while enjoying the food. 🍽️

After your meal, you can attend the aquarium’s fish feeding show and penguin show, which usually start at 1pm and 3pm, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of the living habits of these lovely creatures. The children will surely laugh out loud at the penguins’ funny performances! 🐧

After visiting the aquarium, you can go shopping in the mall near COEX, where there are many shops and cafes, perfect for shopping and relaxing. Finally, take the subway back to your accommodation to end this wonderful day.
