[Seoul/Jongno 5-ga] A Gopchang restaurant where you can eat legal raw liver

This restaurant seems to be one of the oldest in Jongno 5-ga.

We had delicious innards and legal raw liver.

They grilled the gopchang to a certain extent, and then the staff finished it for us, so all we had to do was wait!

The Korean way is to soak up the excess fat with bread, lol.

The innards are amazing with plenty of chives.
The chives really help break down the fat. 😇
And the raw liver, which is no longer available in Japan, was delicious with sesame oil and salt!
The set with raw omasum was also great. 😌

They also gave us a drink like Korean Yakult at the end.
