[🇰🇷Seoul] Sanghyangseong – A hidden cafe with a hip feel near Seoul Station

Sanghyangsung is a cafe located in a quiet alley within walking distance of Seoul Station, far removed from the bustling area around the station. Step inside and you'll find yourself in a sophisticated space that feels like a gallery. The minimalist and calm interior is tastefully decorated with art and vintage accessories, stimulating your senses.

The coffee is roasted in-house, and the flavor is carefully selected to respect the individuality of the beans. The Americano I chose had a good balance of acidity and richness, and was fragrant and very satisfying.

For dessert, I tried the seasonal fig cheesecake. The gentle sweetness and rich cheese flavor are a perfect match, and it looks cute and is very photogenic.

On weekday afternoons, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, making it perfect for spending time alone, reading, or having a quick meeting. On weekends, it seems to become even more lively as young people with sensitive tastes gather here.
