A Bite of Charcoal-Grilled Meat at Gyu Don in Seolleung

I recently visited 'Gyu Don,' a barbecue restaurant near Seolleung Station. We ordered pork belly and pork neck, and the charcoal grilling added a delightful aroma that made the meat taste even better.

The staff grilled the meat for us, so we could enjoy our meal without worrying about cooking it ourselves.

The most memorable part was wrapping scallop jeotgal (fermented seafood) in perilla leaves—it was a unique combination that balanced the richness of the meat and had an addictive flavor that kept me craving more.

We also ordered kimchi stew, which had a moderately spicy kick, and steamed eggs, which were generously portioned but slightly under-seasoned. Despite this, the main attraction—the meat—was so delicious that the overall experience was highly satisfying.

This place will definitely come to mind when I want to enjoy barbecue comfortably. The clean and pleasant atmosphere also makes it a great spot for gatherings.
