Coex Vegan Restaurant: Plantude

If you think vegan food might lack flavor, think again! Plantude offers a variety of delicious vegan dishes that will change your mind. From bracken pasta, truffle seaweed cream tteokbokki, tofu gangjeong, eggplant rice bowl, pasta, soft tofu stew, veggie curry, to pad thai, the menu is diverse and satisfying. I've tried almost all the dishes, and there were hardly any misses. Among the numerous restaurants in Coex, the long lines here speak for themselves—clean, tasty, and worth the wait. However, the tofu gangjeong can occasionally be overly salty.
