Pay Hong Lou, located near COEX in Samseong-dong✨️✨️, is a clean yet moderately luxurious Chinese restaurant. It features private rooms, making it a great choice for business meetings, family gatherings, or company dinners😊. Their signature dish is the Truffle Peking Duck, which I decided to try. They first present the jet-black Peking Duck to you and then take it back to the kitchen for carving. They explained that the black color comes from squid ink. The crispy, glossy skin paired with the moist meat creates a harmonious and delicious combination🤗. Although I was worried that a whole duck might be too much or become overwhelming, it turned out to be surprisingly enjoyable until the very last bite❣️
